We do not accept any returns or exchanges for items purchased on this site.
With the exception of a few items, the products sold on this site are upcycled products made from vintage kimonos, obis, and vintage silk, linen, cotton, wool, and other fabrics.
Our products are made of dead stock fabrics and materials that have been stored for a long time, as well as used fabrics and materials.
We select fabrics and materials in good condition as much as possible, but in order to make the most of the limited and precious materials, we leave stains, scratches, fading, etc. as they are.
We hope you will understand them as “vintage marks” and use them with your own individuality.
We do not accept any returns or exchanges due to fading, stains, or scratches on the materials used in our products.
We ask for your understanding in advance before making a purchase decision.

The product is damaged.
The product has a sewing defect.
Wrong item was shipped by mistake.
Since the items on this site are one-of-a-kind, we are unable to exchange them for the same item. Please understand this beforehand.
The following items must be fulfilled in order to return an item.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and with the name tag or price tag attached.
All accessories, delivery note, and other items that were included in the package at the time of delivery must be included.
Please be sure to contact us within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise to request a return.
